Cancellations: If you cancel before October 30, you will receive a full refund; thereafter refunds will be made only if we can sell your room.
Packages: All packages include the buffet dinner and the pre-dinner social hour.
Social Hour: The Party Room next to the pool will be open at 5:30. The Club will provide soft drinks and light snacks. If you would like something else, BYOL as we shall have ice and glasses. Coolers are welcome.
Buffet Dinner: We will have the entire Sand Spring Restaurant for dinner at 7:00. It will be a traditional deluxe Ozark buffet dinner with all the trimmings. You may bring your own beer or wine.
